Summary:
The objective of this exercise is to refine existing KPIs as contained within the ICA Business Plan 2010- 2012, develop baseline information and methodology to support the reporting process to ICA members, and assist the ICA Secretariat with six monthly monitoring of the indicators as required. The project is composed of two phases over two years. The first phase focuses on refining the outcomes and KPIs and a presentation to the ICA Board. The second phase involves support to the ICA in monitoring and reporting to the Board.
