Project Information

OPM provided a senior staff member to undertake a review of DFID's secondment of a livelihoods advisor, with an associated Trust Fund, to IFAD. The consultant interviewed a number of IFAD staff who had benefited from the Trust Fund, and who had worked with the livelihoods advisor. She also reviewed documentation on projects funded by the Trust Fund. The secondment was finishing as the review took place, and recommendations were made for ways to promote the DFID-IFAD partnership in the future.
