Project Information

OPM undertook a review of the supplementary funding agreements between DCI and IFAD, to assess the relevance and effectiveness of the co-financing of IFAD projects in DCI programme countries. This involved extensive review of documentation on the partnership and the projects and interviews with relevant DCI and IFAD staff. Recommendations were made on the future of the partnership relationship.
