OPM provided at team to undertake a mid-term evaluation of the EBRD's Early Transition Country Fund, a multi-donor fund to provide support to EBRD's activities to promote transition to market-oriented economies in early transition countries. The team reviewed the proposed methodological approach, undertook a pilot review of the proposed evaluation approach in Georgia, and then conducted country studies in seven countries in which the Fund is operational, before preparing an overall evaluation report and recommendations.
