An OPM consultant acted as advisor to Jersey's scrutiny panel in a review of Jersey's policies and procedures for distributing its overseas aid budget, and assessing its overall contribution in line with commitments made, and aid policies of other jurisdictions. The consultant briefed the scrutiny panel prior to its public hearings and commented on draft reports.
