A senior OPM staff member is the poverty and livelihoods specialist on the core team for the evaluation of DFID's RNRRS. The evaluation took place over a period of five months, and involved interviews with Programme Managers, members of the programme advisory committees, contract holders, and DFID lead advisers in the UK. The staff member also spent two weeks interviewing implementing agencies and other stakeholders in West and East Africa. Impact assessment was based on these interviews, and existing proejct evaluation studies.
