The role

Collaborating closely with the Senior Management Team, you'll craft and implement strategies that leverage our consultants' deep expertise. Your leadership will extend across 14 global offices, primarily in Africa and Asia, where you'll identify and unlock high-impact opportunities that create meaningful value. You'll be responsible for attracting and nurturing exceptional talent capable of generating innovative thought leadership that sets us apart in the international development sector.
