We began in Oxford, as part of the University of Oxford, in 1979, and are still headquartered in the city. We have extensive links within the academic community, locally and internationally, and continue to seek opportunities to collaborate with leading academic institutions.
Our in-house team of experts work across a broad range of sectors in social and economic policy and governance, with extensive experience across all stages of the policy cycle. As well as sector specialisms, we are also able to draw on the cross-cutting expertise of our dedicated monitoring and evaluation, political economy analysis, statistics and research methods specialists. Through this multi-sectoral approach, we are able to research, design, implement, and evaluate impactful public policy.
