Anna Riggall

Anna is our Director of Consulting. She joined OPM in 2025. As Director of Consulting, she has overall responsibility for the delivery of the full range of international development projects undertaken by our business. 

Anna is a researcher and education specialist with specific expertise in evidence-based policy and research uptake at scale. Having worked for a range of for-profit and not-for-profit organisations and charities, she has extensive experience leading international consultancy businesses and portfolios focused on public policy, social development, education, poverty alleviation and the use of evidence to support development. 

She has worked with governments, donors, research institutions and civil society organisations in Africa, MENA, Europe, Eastern Europe and Asia. She is an experienced board member and advisor and maintains an interest in supporting businesses promoting fair access to quality education. Anna has a MA in International Development and a PhD in Education.
