Bec Lannin leads our Australia office. She has over 18 years’ experience working in the international and community development sectors in government, not-for-profits, and private sector. Her work has focused on public sector governance programmes, including public finance and policy reform.
Bec spent ten years working for the Australian Agency for International Development, managing Australian Government-funded governance programmes in the Asia-Pacific region. This included three years based in Indonesia as the Programme Director of the ASEAN-Australia Development Cooperation Programme (Phase II).
Bec is experienced in managing organisational reform and public sector governance programmes, stakeholder engagement, strategy development, and project management, including design and evaluation of programmes.
