As the deputy director for international offices, Christopher is responsible for the management and oversight of OPM’s offices in Australia, Bangladesh, India, Indonesia, Nepal, Nigeria, Myanmar, Pakistan, South Africa, Tanzania, and the USA.
Christopher is a proven manager with experience establishing, growing, and managing in-country operations for a number of development consultancy firms. In addition, he is a proven project manager with a strong track record of delivering large and complex development initiatives across Asia and Africa. In these roles, Christopher has demonstrated his ability to connect and lead teams of (internal and external) international and national staff to meet challenging deadlines and deliver project outputs on time, on budget, and to acknowledged high standards.
Christopher has experience working in Bangladesh, Cambodia, India, Nepal, Tanzania, Nigeria, the UK, and USA.
Christopher holds an MSc in Political Economy of Development from the School of Oriental and African Studies, and a BA in Economics and Development studies from the University of Sussex.
