Dorothy is an Assistant Consultant, currently placed in the Poverty and Social Protection Practice through the Consultant Development Programme and based in the Tanzania office. Dorothy has experience in data analysis, stakeholder engagement, and policy research across projects related to tax, nutrition, and gender, and since joining OPM, has contributed to the delivery of the WAJIBIKA programme and the PMEL Nigeria Diaspora study.

Dorothy holds a Master’s in Applied Economics and a BA (Hons) in Economics from the University of Dar es Salaam.
