Sarosh Sultan
Sarosh Sultan is a researcher and policy analyst specialising in governance, fragility, vulnerability, development, and cross-cutting themes of gender and climate resilience. Her expertise includes monitoring and evaluation, research design, policy analysis, and project management.
At Oxford Policy Management (OPM), Sarosh’s work centres on major evaluations, including third-party monitoring of donor-funded programmes in Pakistan for the EU and the FCDO-funded Aawaz II Evaluation. She has also contributed to policy research for the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) and the Institute of Development and Economic Alternatives (IDEAS), covering topics such as post-war reconstruction, migration, digital infrastructure, and economic development. At the International Rescue Committee (IRC), Sarosh supported refugee integration initiatives, contributing to programmes focused on strengthening community engagement and capacity building.
Sarosh holds a Master of Arts in Political Science (International Relations) from Georgia State University and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from the Lahore University of Management Sciences.
