Fayyaz is the Team Leader for our Monitoring, Evaluation, Research, and Learning (MERL) team in Pakistan within OPM’s Global Research and Evidence practice. He has over 25 years' development experience in Pakistan, including more than 10 years working on governance and institutional reforms with Pakistan's national and sub-national governments. He has extensive experience of designing and implementing MEL and VfM frameworks. He has worked in various management, advisory, and consulting positions, and has strong organisational development experience.
