Phalasha is the Livelihoods and Social Inclusion Lead at OPM, with nearly a decade of experience in monitoring, evaluation, and learning across livelihoods, gender, social inclusion, skill, and youth employment. She specialises in qualitative research, large-scale project management, and promoting research uptake through participatory methods on projects such as India’s Skill Impact Bond and Renewable Energy for Livelihoods. She also has expertise in innovative finance, specifically results-based finance projects. Her experience includes working with India’s Economic Advisory Council on flagship programs such as Ayushman Bharat, and holding corporate roles at Deloitte. She holds a master’s degree in economics and finance from the University of Durham, UK.

Our study aims to inform accurate and timely results of skill development programme to stakeholders for financial decision-making and disbursement of funds, and also on lessons from the use of impact bond for skills development programme with a focus on gender based outcomes
We are carrying out a series of evaluation, learning and technical support activities as the monitoring, evaluation and learning partner for Templeton World Charity Foundation’s Global Innovations for Character Development Initiative.
