This is a two-page summary of the evaluation findings of the Strengthening Community Participation in Health (SCPH) programme in Zimbabwe.
Molly Scott Patrick Ward
SCPH was pilot programme, funded by DFID and the EU, and implemented by Save the Children and the Community Working Group on Health. It provided an opportunity for citizen engagement with health service providers, with the final aim of increasing the quality and use of health services for mothers and infants in rural Zimbabwe. This summary note presents the main findings and implications of our mixed methods evaluation of this programme.
