About the Frameworks team

We provide support and advice on frameworks, partnerships, and consortium agreements to a wide variety of international development partners.

We provide management support, advice, and guidance on framework agreements, partnerships and consortium working. Operating in Africa, Europe, Asia, South America, and Australia, the team cuts across all of OPM’s thematic areas.

Our work

We are responsible for the management and delivery of framework agreements, long-term agreements, blanket purchase agreements, and indefinite quantity contracts. We understand the complex contracting arrangements of international donors, governments, and other stakeholders. We ensure the highest quality of work under these procurement vehicles.

We are a forward-thinking relationship management team, fostering and developing dialogues with partners, donors, and key stakeholders on behalf of OPM.

Examples of our key frameworks

We are currently involved with over 50 framework agreements with our international donors including:

  • DFID’s Global Evaluation Framework Agreement;
  • DFID’s Wealth Creation Framework Agreement;
  • FCO’s Conflict, Stability and Security Fund; and
  • WFP’s Long Term Agreement for the Supply of Evaluation Services.
