Ayesha Khurshid

Ayesha Khurshid is part of OPM's Consultant Development Programme. Most of her work has been around quantitative evaluations in health and education. She has worked on a component of the second round of the Punjab Education Sector Program, and was part of a three-country impact evaluation on education in Africa.

Fayyaz Mohammad

Fayyaz Mohammad has over 20 years of development experience in Pakistan, including 10 years working on institutional reforms with the federal and provincial governments. He has worked extensively on policy initiatives, which promote results-based monitoring and public accountability of the state institutions.

Iftikhar Cheema

Iftikhar Cheema has held the posts of director, statistician, and statistical investigator with the Government of Pakistan's Federal Bureau of Statistics. He's worked on the Pakistan Integrated Household Survey (1995-2004), family budget survey, agricultural data collection, education and health sector performance reports, and poverty reports.

She worked on reform programmes that introduced strategic planning, medium-term budgetary framework, output based budgeting, expenditure tracking, budget transparency.

Nadia Casans has worked as a public financial management (PFM) consultant on several projects over the course of her career and is currently engaged as project manager on a PFM project in Pakistan. She is also conducting the cost efficiency study for the Benazir Income Support Programme Pakistan across three major cash transfer systems.

Taqveem Badshah has over seven years' experience in the field of audits, accounts, and finance. He completed his Chartered Accountancy with HLB Ijaz Tabussum & Co. Chartered Accountants. He has handled various audit assignments across sectors including education, energy, financial services, textile, and non-banking financial institutions.

Wahab Latif

Abdul Wahab Latif is a management accountant and finance professional with over nine years of experience in international development sector. His areas of expertise include financial planning, budgeting, financial and statutory reporting, payroll management, tax compliances, and consortium management. 
Zara specialises in management, delivery, and policy analysis of large-scale social development projects, particularly using mixed methods, focusing on teacher development, girls’ education, and value for money (VfM) assessment. She recently provided pro bono support to advance the reform agenda of the Govt. of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (Pakistan).
