Milton Ogeda

Associate Consultant

Milton Ogeda is an agricultural economist with 25 years' experience in monitoring and evaluation/results-based systems' design and implementation, reviews and evaluations, strategic planning, programme/project design, analysis/appraisal and management, governance and capacity, and institutional development. During this period, he has provided consultancy services to government ministries, departments and agencies, development partners, the private sector and civil society organisations in the context of poverty eradication and socio-economic development, covering a number of sectors and thematic areas including agriculture, education, water and sanitation, natural resources, food security, post-conflict reconstruction and recovery, and cross-cutting concerns (including HIV/Aids, human rights, gender, governance and institutional development). Milton has also been widely involved in research and data collection assignments at the regional, national, sub-national, lower-level government and community levels.
