Ashini Patel

Ashini is Chief Operating Officer for Oxford Policy Management, based in Kenya. She is responsible for driving the effectiveness and efficiency of OPM’s global operational platform.

Ashini has over 15 years' experience across Africa including Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda, Ethiopia, Uganda, Mauritius, Zambia, DRC and South Africa. Her background and experience covers strategy development and execution, business transformation, business process and internal control improvement, project management, and system implementation, for a wide range of clientele, in numerous industries including the public sector, education, consumer and industrial markets, financial services, oil and gas, and media. She holds a BSc in Biochemistry and Management, and an MSc in Management and Internal Audit with first class honours. She is a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) and Certified Government Auditing Professional (CGAP) from the Institute of Internal Auditors, and a Program Management Prince2 Practitioner.
