Léane Gaumond Lacerte

Léane is an experienced humanitarian professional with several years' experience managing large-scale and complex programs across different sectors in the MENA region, with a focus on social services, including education, child protection and health services. Léane has conducted and managed a number of mixed methods evaluations applying both quantitative and qualitative methods, including reviews of cash transfer and skills development programmes. An experienced project manager, Léane has worked with a range of development and humanitarian stakeholders, UN agencies (including UNICEF and UNHCR), institutional donors, and governmental partners on topics related to social services and social protection programs. She is skilled at stakeholder consultation, leading dissemination and learning events, and building coalitions and strategic partnerships.

Léane holds an MA in Public and International Affairs from the University of Ottawa in Canada.
