Oscar Lusiola

Dr. Oscar Amadi Lusiola is a Certified Fraud Examiner (USA), Master Anti-Terror Specialist (USA), and Certified Security Management Professional (Cand UK). He holds a Ph.D. in Peace and Conflict, MSc in Governance, Peace, and Security, and BA in Security Management. He has over 25 years of experience in safety, security and risk management across 15 African countries gained while deployed with Kenya Defence Forces, UN, GIZ, SOS Childrens Villages International among others. 

He is skilled in crisis management, contextual analysis, capacity building, security-risk assessments, and cross-sectional leadership. His analytical prowess enhances critical decision-making. He joined OPM in December 2023 and enjoys working as part of the team.
