We began in Oxford, as part of the University of Oxford, in 1979, and are still headquartered in the city 45 years later.
Our UK team leads OPM’s relationships with our UK-based clients, such as the UK government’s Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office and Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, as well as our network of UK-based funders, partners, suppliers, and Associate consultants.
Our in-house team of experts work across a broad range of sectors in social and economic policy and governance, as well as extensive cross-cutting expertise, with deep experience across all stages of the policy cycle. We draw on our collective experience, across a wide range of countries and sectors, to offer the very best evidence-based advice to bring about lasting, positive change.
Our UK office leads our large-scale, multiyear, multi-country research programmes, bringing researchers, policy makers, and practitioners together to co-design strategies that address practical challenges through rigorous and innovative research. We have extensive links within the academic community, locally and internationally, and continue to seek opportunities to collaborate with leading academic institutions in the UK. This includes, for example, the University of Oxford, University College London, and the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine.
