Our work in Kenya spans across various sectors, including governance, health, education, social protection, public finance management, natural resources and energy, and research.

Since the 1980s, we have dedicated our efforts to strengthening the evidence base for policymaking and programming, aiming to alleviate poverty and promote sustainable development. One of our key focus areas in Kenya has been social protection since the early 2000s, where our extensive experience in research and evidence has allowed us to provide valuable technical assistance to the Government of Kenya.

As a regional hub for learning, networking, and engagement on policy practice expertise, we foster collaboration and knowledge sharing among stakeholders. Our team provides comprehensive operations and technical support for evaluations and research, ensuring the delivery of reliable and insightful outcomes.

Throughout our journey, we have partnered with development partners such as the FCDO, the EU, the World Bank, UN agencies, the MasterCard Foundation, the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, local and international organisations as well as national and regional governments. These collaborations have allowed us to make a significant impact in the region, driving positive change and sustainable development.

We remain steadfast in our mission to foster impactful and transformative growth in Kenya and the broader region.
