Evaluation of European Union funded projects in Pakistan
For the European Union, we are undertaking 15 evaluations covering 13 thematic areas across Pakistan.
Abdur Rauf Khan has over 28 years' experience in the public and private sectors, primarily in the field of development, and has been instrumental in shaping OPM's Pakistan office. Drawing on his extensive experience, he is skilled in engaging with government in information gathering, and in resolving any issues that arise during project implementation.
Rauf holds a Masters in Economic Policy Management from Columbia, NY, USA, another Masters in Gender Development and Globalisation from the London school of Economics, and a postgraduate diploma in Water Pollution Control from Middlesex University, London, UK.
