Abraham Ngowi

Abraham Ngowi is an Consultant specialising in Quantitative Measurement and Impact Evaluation (QMIE), in the Data Innovation team at OPM. As an impact evaluation consultant, he is responsible for applying quantitative methods to evaluations aimed at measuring the causal impact of development projects using randomized control trials (RCTs) and other quasi-experimental methods. He also brings wide-ranging experience in survey design and implementation, including planning for complex surveys covering large geographical areas, data management and strong training skills. Abraham has worked on numerous large-scale projects across different countries, for clients including the WB, FCDO, MCC, IFPRI, and others. In addition to impact evaluation work, Abraham works on monitoring and evaluation projects across different sectors in Tanzania and in the east Africa region.
