Dr. Ankit Saraf is a Senior Education Consultant at OPM with about 15 years of experience in the education sector. Prior to joining OPM, he served as Data Consultant at the Government of NCT (India). His expertise spans diverse areas including teacher education, teacher development, leadership in education, educational technology, and educational policy. He has consulted for research institutions such as Azim Premji University, Tata Institute of Social Sciences, and international organisations such as UNICEF, British Council, Tata Trusts, and has collaborated closely with state governments in five states in India on key education initiatives.
Our study aims to inform accurate and timely results of skill development programme to stakeholders for financial decision-making and disbursement of funds, and also on lessons from the use of impact bond for skills development programme with a focus on gender based outcomes
We are carrying out a series of evaluation, learning and technical support activities as the monitoring, evaluation and learning partner for Templeton World Charity Foundation’s Global Innovations for Character Development Initiative.
