Caroline is an accomplished program and operations management professional with over 15 years of international development experience spanning diverse sectors, including social protection, energy, climate change, public finance management, education, and humanitarian assistance in East Africa. Her expertise involves leading programme development and delivery, business development, stakeholder engagement, risk management, financial management, and partnership management. With a background in both non-profit and management consulting fields, Caroline offers practical support for quality project delivery. In addition to strategic planning expertise, she is skilled in managing business operations functions, multi-geography program delivery, business strategy implementation, governance, risk and compliance management, and guidance for project delivery staff.
Caroline is a member of the OPM Kenya Office leadership team, supporting the delivery of technical and managerial leadership of the office whilst leading business operations efforts across the Africa Region.
