We led the performance evaluation of the Punjab Education Sector Programme to assess improvements made and identify lessons for future programmes in education system performance.
Faisal is a public policy expert with experience of more than 20 years in areas such as macroeconomy, medium term fiscal frameworks, budgeting, budget analysis and expenditure reviews, subnational taxation policy and administration, intergovernmental fiscal transfer systems, fund flow mechanisms, expenditure tracking, budget transparency reforms, PFM reform strategies, cash and debt management, treasury single account and financial regulations.
