Owen Willcox is a principal consultant with 17 years of experience as a professional economist. He has worked on budgeting, public policy, forecasting, trade analysis, economic diplomacy, and industrial policy. He has used advanced models and econometrics for forecasting and policy analysis. Owen worked in the National Treasury of South Africa for 11 years before joining Oxford Policy Management.
