Paul George
Paul spent many years as a partner at PwC. Latterly he led the firm’s International Development Practice alongside a broader leadership role in PwC’s Sustainability and Climate Change Group.
He is currently Vice Chair of the International Institute for Environment and Development. Previously he has served as Chair of the Global Business Coalition for Women’s Economic Empowerment, as a Network Council Member for the multi-government-funded Climate and Development Knowledge Network, and more recently as a trustee of ActionAid. Closer to home, he is involved in community mediation work near his family base in South London.
Paul read Mathematics at the University of Oxford, and after many years away from academic life has recently returned to the university to study for an MSt in Historical Studies. He is also a Chartered Accountant.
