Pooja Singh is a results-oriented MEL specialist with 9+ years of experience designing, evaluating and managing MEL systems in international development contexts, grounded in an MPA from SIPA, Columbia University and an MSc in Development Studies from LSE. She leverages rigorous technical mixed-methods research skills and project management expertise with dynamic teams to generate actionable insights for innovative service delivery reform supporting development partners and governments.
