Prabal Singh leads our Bangladesh and India offices with overall responsibility for organisational strategy, development, and performance.
Prabal has worked with central and state government ministries including the Government of India’s Department of Information Technology, and the Government of Madhya Pradesh’s Department of Public Health & Family Welfare. He led on project implementation, knowledge management and capacity building for India’s national e-governance programme.
Joining us as Fieldwork director in 2013, Prabal has developed the organisation’s survey and fieldwork capabilities. He has published widely on health policy and use of survey data for policy analysis in the health sector.
Prabal has a PhD in public systems from IIM Ahmedabad.
