Radhika leads the Evidence Use Technical Community of Practice. She has over a decade of experience in working with policymakers and researchers in developing evidence use and learning strategies and using rigorous methods to measure evidence use. At OPM, she has been leading on projects that have focussed on capacity development and innovations to promote evidence-informed decision-making. Prior to OPM, she was a senior policy lead at 3ie, providing technical quality assurance support on evidence use to research projects and programmes in multiple sectors and countries.
Radhika holds an MA in Development Studies from the Institute of Development Studies, the University of Sussex.
