Durre’ Mahmood

Durre’ Mahmood is a climate policy specialist in our Climate, Resilience and Sustainability practice. Her core expertise lies in multi-themed developmental cooperation technical assistance in climate adaptation, mitigation, sustainable livelihoods programmes and green, low carbon and resilient enterprises. At OPM she is leading and supporting multi-donor technical assistance programmes (FCDO, AFD, GIZ, EU, WBG, GCF, DFAT) for central and subnational governments, providing third party MEL support in WASH, DRR, Urban Resilience and actively supported feasibilities/ scoping studies in industrial decarbonization, carbon markets, health and climate nexus, resilient social protection, climate smart agriculture, blue economy and building urban resilience across South Asia and the Pacific.
