Juliet Odindo

Juliet is a monitoring and evaluation expert with more than seven years' experience in designing, planning, and implementing programme evaluations, including design of research tools, coordinating data collection, and reporting within East Africa. She has extensive experience working with international development partners and humanitarian aid organisations, including UNDP, FCDO, the World Bank, and WFP. At OPM, she has worked on impact evaluations of social protection programmes in Kenya and Lesotho, and has provided technical support to the National Drought Management Authority (NDMA) in Kenya to facilitate the transition of a flagship social protection programme to government-led implementation.

Juliet holds a master’s degree in Economics from the University of Nairobi.
