Community health workers play a key role in providing health services. Our work aims to generate and strengthen evidence on community health workers for improved programme and policy.
Rajni Luthra is a programme management specialist working on the nexus of climate change and public health. She has extensive experience in managing large, complex, multi-partner and multi-country programmes and projects on health systems strengthening and climate change adaptation in South Asia. She is interested in the design, development and implementation of policies integrating the impacts of climate change on public health and addressing climate change through multifaceted, multi-level governance approaches.
Rajni is an English literature graduate with a MSc degree in Public Policy, Finance and Management from SOAS, University of London.
