As a Principal Consultant within the Climate, Resilience and Sustainability Practice, Rebecca provides technical inputs and strategic direction to OPM’s climate change activities across the Indo-Pacific region. Rebecca is committed to understanding people, their environments, and supporting the emergence of resilient systems. She has over 22 years’ experience in international development with both private and public sector clients, focusing on: natural resource management; participatory rural development; climate adaptation/ resilience; governance; policy reform; education and capacity building; strategic environmental and social impact assessment; and GEDSI.

Providing monitoring, evaluation and learning support in Vietnam

The Vietnam Support Unit (VSU) provides agile technical support to the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade in delivering effective official development assistance aligned with Vietnam's socio-economic development goals. Through the VSU, we support with policy advice, program design, Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning, research, quality assurance at both portfolio and investment level and across key sectors of economic development.
