Social protection
Evidence shows that effective social protection programmes can increase human potential and protect the vulnerable from the risks they face, as well as boosting the broader economy.
We work at every stage of the policy cycle to develop sustainable solutions for reducing social and economic disadvantage. We bridge the gap between practitioners and academics in our research (for example, leading a study on shock-responsive social protection systems), develop comprehensive social protection strategies and programmes, and evaluate impact, process, and cost-effectiveness.
